Infokiosk application – Southwest Asia

About the project

The Museum of Asia and the Pacific in Warsaw holds one of the oldest and richest Asian collections in Poland. The project involved the development and deployment of over a dozen multimedia applications running on touch-screen kiosks installed throughout the exhibition halls.

Scope

Each application was built around materials provided by the museum — historical content, maps, illustrations, and recordings. My role covered the full technical coordination: from the initial brief, through oversight of development, to acceptance testing and on-site deployment.

The applications were built in Unity and adapted for touch interaction on Full HD kiosks.

Outcome

Over a dozen working applications distributed across different museum rooms, each thematically aligned with its exhibition. Additional applications were deployed in parallel as the museum’s exhibition programme continued to grow.
